In my working life, which has been going on for more than 15 years, I had the opportunity to experience Analytical & Growth Marketing & CRM & Customer Experience issues in a leading bank in Turkey, a telecom company and three retail companies, and manage teams, projects on these issues. While some of these companies were managed with a great corporate perspective, some had a start-up spirit. I've been still carrying on to work for a Retailer. Although decades have passed since they entered our lives, organizations in our country and even in the world still have difficulties in the field of Analytical Marketing, when taking the first step in setting up CRM systems and associating it with Customer Experience, and in their subsequent applications. They don't know where to start. As in many other areas, it is not as difficult to start and implement well-planned projects in these areas. I think what makes this difficult is basically two major shortcomings; analytical thinking and project management skills. I observe that analytical thinking skills and project management skills are lacking not only in business life but also in non-business life, and I believe in that developing ourselves in these areas will increase success in business life as well as increase social welfare. How can we include these two concepts, which I care very much, both in business life and non-business life, based on my own experiences, and basically I'd like to create the awareness that these concepts are not to be feared but must be possessed. In my blog, I will share articles on CRM, Data Management, Analytical & Growth Marketing, Digital Transformation, Team Management and Working Life, as well as sharing my ideas and book reviews in different areas that I think improve our Mind and Way of Thinking in our non-business life. Thanks to this, if I can contribute to the success of more projects in business life and to the development of people in private life, I am happy. Enjoy reading!
